Please read these terms carefully before using SIX ARENA. By registering for or taking part in a competition, you agree to these terms. In short: SIX ARENA runs the competition and the ranking; your account and your money stay with the partner broker at all times.

1. Platform scope and role

SIX ARENA operates exclusively as an online trading competition and performance-ranking platform. SIX ARENA does not provide:

The platform does not execute trades, influence trading decisions or manage trading activity in any form.

2. Broker partnership and no client funds

SIX ARENA operates in partnership with a regulated partner broker. All trading activity and participant capital remain entirely and exclusively with the partner broker at all times. SIX ARENA:

The platform acts solely as a competition and performance-ranking interface and does not intervene in broker operations.

3. Trading activity and your responsibility

Participants trade independently through accounts held with the partner broker. Participants are solely responsible for:

Participants must comply both with these SIX ARENA Terms & Conditions and with all applicable terms, conditions, policies, rules, procedures and regulatory requirements of the partner broker governing their trading account and trading activity. By taking part in a competition, participants acknowledge that their trading account and trading activity remain subject to the partner broker's applicable terms and conditions at all times.

Any breach of the partner broker's terms, conditions, policies, rules or applicable requirements may result in the participant being deemed ineligible or disqualified from the competition, where the breach affects the participant's eligibility or the integrity of the competition.

4. Competitions and platform purpose

Competitions hosted on SIX ARENA are designed solely for skill-based performance comparison, engagement and entertainment. Competitions are not:

Competition registration remains open until three (3) calendar days before the official competition end date. Once registration is closed, no additional participants may enter the competition. For Competition 01 (1–30 November 2026), registration closes at the end of 27 November 2026.

SIX ARENA may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel a competition where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical issues, broker-related disruptions, regulatory requirements, force majeure, suspected manipulation or fraud, or other circumstances affecting the integrity or proper operation of the competition. If a competition is cancelled, everyone who entered is told by email.

5. Ranking and winner determination

Rankings are determined exclusively by the percentage return (ROI) achieved during the competition period, as shown on the competition ranking page. Rankings follow the highest percentage return achieved, regardless of the amount of capital deposited.

In the event of a tie, SIX ARENA may apply a predetermined tie-breaking method communicated on the relevant competition page.

6. Performance calculation, account rules and disqualification

Percentage performance is calculated using the participant's initial deposit amount at the start of the competition period as the fixed baseline reference.

Disqualification

A participant's trading account is considered to have lost the competition and is automatically removed from the ranking when all open positions are closed by the broker due to insufficient margin, margin stop-out or forced liquidation.

SIX ARENA may disqualify any participant where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, exploitation of technical errors, falsification of information, abuse of the competition rules, or other conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the competition. After review, the decision is final.

Re-entry and redeposit

If a participant's positions are closed due to insufficient margin, the participant may redeposit funds into the same trading account and continue in the same competition, subject to these conditions:

Redeposits are allowed only while competition registration remains open.

7. Rewards and prizes

Rewards and prizes offered through competitions are personal and cannot be transferred. They are confirmed only after results are reviewed for 48 hours after the competition ends, and only for participants who traded on at least the published minimum number of trading days (Competition 01: 5 trading days). Competition 01 pays the top 6: $2,000, $1,000, then $500 each for 3rd to 6th.

All prizes are credited directly to the winners' trading accounts held with the partner broker. Prize crediting:

SIX ARENA does not guarantee the timing of prize crediting where processing depends on the partner broker or other third parties. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes where they live.

8. Conditions of participation

Participation may also be subject to geographic, age, eligibility and regulatory restrictions applicable to the participant or the competition. The partner broker may refuse clients from some countries; its decision applies.

9. Public leaderboard and codenames

Participants appear on the public competition leaderboard under their SIX ARENA codename (for example "Iron Falcon #27"), for ranking visibility and performance comparison. SIX ARENA does not publish participants' names or email addresses. Winners may be announced by codename.

By entering a competition, participants consent to the public display of their codename and competition results on the ranking page throughout the competition period. This display is limited strictly to competition ranking and transparency and does not constitute marketing, endorsement or performance promotion.

10. No investment advice

All content, rankings, statistics, competition results and information on the platform:

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIX ARENA is not liable for:

12. Competition data and technical accuracy

Competition rankings and performance statistics may rely on data received from the partner broker or other third-party systems. SIX ARENA takes reasonable measures to keep competition data accurate, but does not guarantee that all data will always be complete, uninterrupted, instantaneous or error-free.

Where a technical error, data discrepancy or system malfunction materially affects competition rankings, SIX ARENA may investigate and, where reasonably necessary, correct rankings, suspend affected results or take other measures needed to preserve the integrity of the competition.

13. Competition rules and broker terms

Competition-specific rules, prize structures, eligibility requirements, minimum deposits, registration deadlines and other conditions may vary between competitions. The rules for each competition are shown on its competition page. Participants must comply with:

By entering a competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and with any competition-specific rules published for that competition.

If these Terms & Conditions conflict with the partner broker's terms and conditions on the operation, maintenance, regulation or use of the participant's trading account, the partner broker's terms govern matters relating to the trading account and trading activity. Participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding the partner broker's terms before opening or using their trading account.

SIX ARENA may update these terms or a competition's details. Changes are published on this page.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the company's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or participation in a competition is subject to the jurisdiction specified by the company in its applicable legal and corporate documentation.

15. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or taking part in any competition, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the applicable competition-specific rules and the applicable terms and conditions of the partner broker.

If a participant does not agree to these Terms & Conditions, the applicable competition rules or the partner broker's applicable terms and conditions, they must not register for or take part in any competition.
